ZAO «Tetro Exp» — is a company specializing in transportation by rail of superbulky, bulky, heavy and lengthy cargo using high scientific and technical potential of St.Petersburg University of Communications. We began our activity in 1990 based on the potential of Leningrad Institute of Railway Transport Engineers. As we gained work experience, in 1990-91 we came to the conclusion that one organization should specialize in transportation of complex cargos, such as bulky and superbulky ones, which are loaded under special instructions requiring highly professional approach. ZAO «Tetro Exp» specialization implies relieving the dispatcher of the complex cargo of all problems, which facilitated a certain increase in sale of equipment of our constant clients to Russia and CIS counties due to indicating in the contracts the conditions of delivery as Franco - destination or Franco - warehouse of consignee, who is informed by us one day before the cargo arrival. During the period of operation ZAO «Tetro Exp» turned into the organization providing transport forwarding, design, material and technological securing of loading, guarding during transportation, monitoring the cars movement along the road network, prompt solving of technological problems at the intermediate stations, when the railway cars are uncoupled forcedly during transportation, cargo insurance, preparation of the rolling-stock, searching for it and solving other complicated problems including auxiliary vehicle transportation.
