Horrible company that are only interested to making money. They are not concerned for the customer's cargo at all. Initial quotation was good, but at the end, there was a big lump of hidden charges. Charges that were for services that I had not agreed or consented to. Cargo was threatened to be abandoned if I did not pay the charges. Emails are ignored, and one has to chase up the situation daily, but each case is followed up by different staff, and everyone gives different answers and is clueless. Shipment delayed for 3 weeks, have no idea when it will arrive nor when it left. Manager refused to track due to dispute over the hidden charges. This experience has left me highly distressed with empty pockets. Terrible terrible people.

The WORSTfreighting company, they cant pay their accounts and now our car is stuck somewhere and we are being charged for storage. they dont' communicate and you hold forever. dont ever use them.
